  • 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple Can be replaced with any frozen fruit for a variation.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place your blender on a sturdy surface and plug it in. Start by pouring 1 cup of your preferred milk into the blender first.
  2. Next, scoop in 1/4 cup of creamy vanilla Greek yogurt along with 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries and 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until creamy.
  4. Check the texture; if too thick, add a splash of milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately, garnishing with additional blueberries or a sprinkle of flaxseed if desired.
