Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut sirloin or ribeye steak into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1 inch each. Pat dry with paper towels, season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add seasoned steak cubes in batches, sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat, melt unsalted butter, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return seared steak bites and toss in garlic butter.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt unsalted butter, sauté minced garlic, pour in heavy cream, simmer gently, and whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Serve the steak bites topped with creamy Parmesan sauce, optionally garnish with parsley.
