- Cut sirloin or ribeye steak into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1 inch each. Pat dry with paper towels, season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add seasoned steak cubes in batches, sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat, melt unsalted butter, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return seared steak bites and toss in garlic butter.
