Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled feta, egg, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into four equal patties about 1 inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the cooked patties and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  5. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  6. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, then pour in heavy cream and whisk until smooth.
  7. Stir in crumbled feta and smoked paprika, seasoning with salt and pepper.
