Dipping Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine the dipping sauce ingredients and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, add the pork mince, scallions, garlic, and ginger. Pour in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, dark brown sugar, sesame oil, sea salt, and white pepper. Mix until sticky.
Wrapping Wontons
- Take a wrapper, place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center, wet the edges, fold to form a triangle, press to seal, and crimp corners.
Cooking Wontons
- Boil water in a large pot, add wontons in batches, and cook for about 4 minutes until they float.
Serving
- Transfer cooked wontons to a serving dish and serve hot with dipping sauce.
