Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  2. Add vegetable oil, swirling to coat the bottom.
  3. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in grated fresh ginger and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Add chopped bok choy and toss well; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until stems soften.
  7. Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar; mix thoroughly.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and toss.
  9. If desired, sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes before serving.
