Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the frozen puff pastry cups on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake the cups for 18 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Combine cream cheese, baby spinach, chopped artichokes, Swiss cheese, and Parmesan in a bowl with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Microwave the filling mixture for 2 minutes to warm it up.
  6. Fill the baked pastry cups with the creamy filling and sprinkle with reserved Parmesan.
  7. Return filled cups to the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
