Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the flank or sirloin steak against the grain into thin strips and marinate with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and fajita seasoning for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the marinated steak strips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté the sliced bell peppers and red onion for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Prepare your base: if using cauliflower rice, sauté for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned; if using lettuce, set aside.
  5. Assemble your bowl with a layer of cauliflower rice or lettuce, followed by sautéed veggies and warm steak.
