Method
 

Mix the Tuna Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce or ponzu, and fresh lime juice. Whisk until smooth, then gently fold in the diced tuna, red onion, green onion, and sesame seeds. Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Wonton Shells
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Shape wonton wrappers into taco forms as they fry, cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Alternatively, bake at 375°F for 6-8 minutes.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Once the wonton shells are cool, generously spoon the chilled tuna mixture into each shell. Add slices of avocado and sprinkle extra sesame seeds.
Garnish & Serve
  1. Beautifully arrange the tacos on a platter with green onions and optional toppings. Serve immediately.
