- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Prepare your ham by placing it cut-side down in a foil-lined roasting pan.
- Bake the ham for 2 to 2.5 hours, monitoring the internal temperature.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine light brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, unsalted butter, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well combined and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- After baking for 2 to 2.5 hours, baste the ham with the prepared glaze and return it to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
- Once cooled slightly, slice the ham into thick portions and serve it warm, optionally drizzling extra glaze on top.
