Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet, add onions, and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground chicken, break apart, season with salt and pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, chili sauce, lime juice, and syrup in a bowl.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken; add cashews and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Fold in shredded carrots, scallions, and cilantro, mix gently.
  7. Assemble wraps with lettuce leaves and chicken filling; serve immediately.
