- In a small mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chopped chives, fresh dill, and ground pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy for about 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat your toaster or skillet over medium heat. Lightly toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side in a skillet or 3-4 minutes in the toaster.
- Slice the fresh tomatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds, aiming for 4-6 slices per sandwich.
