  • 2 pieces Avocados Consider guacamole as a substitute.
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes Feel free to use diced bell peppers.
  • 1 piece Yellow Onion Skip if onion is not desired.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients: Gather all ingredients. Chop grape tomatoes, jalapeños, and yellow onion. Rinse and drain black beans, and heat cooked brown rice.
  2. Assemble Crunchwrap: On a plate, place a large tortilla, layer with rice, black beans, veggies, and nacho sauce, then top with a small tortilla and fold edges to seal.
  3. Cook: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low. Cook assembled crunchwraps for 7 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  4. Keep Warm: Transfer cooked crunchwraps to a baking sheet in a 250°F oven to keep warm while cooking the rest.
  5. Serve: Plate the crunchwraps and serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
