  2. Add in 1 cup of finely chopped Medjool dates to the dressing in the bowl. Use a spatula to gently fold and mix the dates into the dressing, ensuring they are evenly coated and slightly broken down.
  3. Fold in 4 cups of thinly sliced celery stalks and ½ cup of chopped celery leaves, allowing the celery to absorb the dressing while maintaining its crispness.
