  3. Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves along with salt and pepper to taste, and 8 ounces of sliced wild mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in 4 cups of broth, bring to a gentle boil while stirring occasionally.
  5. Add 4 cups of chopped kale, reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in 1 cup of coconut milk, adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve warm in bowls, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
